Damian was born in Paris, France to an internationally renowned fine artist and his muse, whose pursuit of creative and artistic inspiration took them across Europe and North Africa.
Having such vivacious parents, dramatic art was something that came naturally to Damian from a very young age. He was also hugely encouraged by his mother who had been a performer herself.
It was at the age of 17 in the role of Jokannan in Oscar Wilde's 'Salome' that Damian stood out, winning a prestigious award for his performance as well as high praise from the audience, which included Yves Saint-Laurent, Claudio Bravo, Paul Bolwes, Sanaa Hamri and the Princess-Lalla-Fatima-Zohra.
Another turn in Damian's life took him to London, UK where he was able to pursue his vocation, and undertook three years of drama training in which he was able to engross himself in classical and other studies. Simultaneously, Damian also performed in and co-produced numerous theatre productions on the London Fringe.
Damian has since built an established body of professional and award winning work and continues to appear regularly in theatre, film and television.
A nomadic, eclectic and colourful upbringing has given Damian a romantic, positive and insightful view of the world. With a cultured and artistic background, Damian has an open mind, free spirit and compassionate heart.
Damian is currently based in London, where he lives with his wife, who is also an actor, and their son.
